Charging Your Headset

Before first use, charge the headset fully.

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the headset.
  2. Connect the other end to a USB power source (computer or wall adapter).
  3. The LED indicator will glow amber while charging and turn off when fully charged.
  4. Fast charging: 15 minutes provides up to 2.5 hours of playback.

Controls and Functions

Using Noise Cancellation

Using the Bose Music App

  1. Install and open the Bose Music app.
  2. Follow prompts to connect your headset.

  4. Firmware updates: Install when available for performance improvements.

Voice Assistants
