Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface away from heat sources.

  1. Connect power: Plug AC power cord into wall outlet and unit.
  2. Install backup batteries: Open battery compartment, insert 2 AA batteries for clock backup.
  3. Connect antenna: Extend AM loop antenna and FM wire antenna for best reception.
  4. Connect auxiliary devices: Use 3.5mm audio cable to connect to AUX IN jack.

WARNING! Do not place near heat sources or in direct sunlight. Ensure proper ventilation.

First-Time Setup

Plug in power; system will enter standby mode.

Connecting Devices

Auxiliary Input: 3.5mm stereo jack for external audio sources. Headphone: Standard 3.5mm jack.

  1. Turn off or pause current audio source.
  2. Connect device to AUX IN jack using 3.5mm audio cable.
  3. Press AUX button on remote or front panel to select auxiliary input.
  4. Adjust volume on both Wave Radio and connected device.

Tip: For best sound quality, set connected device volume to 75% and adjust with Wave Radio volume control.

Playing CDs

Supports standard audio CDs (CD-DA format).

  1. Insert disc: Press CD OPEN/CLOSE, place CD label side up in tray, close.
  2. Play: Press PLAY; display shows track number and elapsed time.
  3. Skip tracks: Press SKIP forward or back to navigate.
  4. Pause: Press PAUSE to temporarily stop playback.
  5. Repeat: Press REPEAT to repeat current track or all tracks.
  6. Shuffle: Press SHUFFLE for random track playback.
  7. Stop: Press STOP; press again to return to beginning.
  8. Eject: Press CD OPEN/CLOSE to remove disc.

WARNING! Do not use damaged or irregular shaped CDs. Keep CD lens clean.

Clock and Alarm Features

Dual Alarm: Set two independent alarms with different times and sources.

  1. Set alarm time: Press and hold ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button, set time with HOUR/MINUTE.
  2. Choose source: Select RADIO (last station) or BUZZER.
  3. Set radio volume: Adjust volume while alarm is sounding.
  4. Snooze: Press SNOOZE for 9 additional minutes of sleep.
  5. Alarm on/off: Press ALARM ON/OFF button to enable/disable.

Sleep Timer: Press SLEEP repeatedly to set 10-90 minute shutoff.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth for exterior. CD lens cleaner can be used periodically.
