Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface away from heat sources and moisture.

  1. Connect Power: Plug the AC power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  2. Connect Antenna: Attach the supplied AM loop antenna and FM wire antenna for radio reception.
  3. Connect Auxiliary Device: Use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect an external device to the AUX IN jack.
  4. Positioning: Ensure at least 4 inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation and sound dispersion.

WARNING! Do not place near heat sources such as radiators or in direct sunlight. Ensure the power outlet is easily accessible.

First-Time Setup

Plug in the system; the display will light up. Follow initial setup steps.

  1. Set the Clock: Press and hold the CLOCK button, then use the TUNE/TIME buttons to set the correct time.
  2. Set Alarms (Optional): Press ALARM 1 or ALARM 2, then set the time and choose wake-up source (Radio or CD).
  3. Tune Radio Stations: Press BAND to select AM or FM, tune to a station, then press and hold a preset button (1-6) to save it.
  4. Adjust Sound: Use the BASS and TREBLE buttons on the remote to customize audio to your preference.

Connecting Devices

Auxiliary Input: Connect smartphones, tablets, or MP3 players using a 3.5mm audio cable.

  1. Ensure the system and external device are powered off.
  2. Connect one end of the cable to the headphone/output jack of your device.
  3. Connect the other end to the AUX IN jack on the back of the Wave Music System.
  4. Power on both devices. Press the AUX button on the remote to select the auxiliary input.

Tip: For best audio quality, set your external device's volume to about 75% and use the system's volume control for final adjustment.

Playing CD Media

Supports Audio CDs, CD-R, CD-RW.

  1. Insert disc: Press EJECT to open the CD slot. Place the disc label-side up.
  2. Play: Press EJECT again to close, then press PLAY. The track number and elapsed time will display.
  3. Skip Tracks: Press NEXT or PREV to skip forward or backward.
  4. Pause/Stop: Press PAUSE to temporarily halt playback; press STOP to stop.
  5. Random/Repeat: Press RANDOM or REPEAT on the remote for shuffle or repeat modes.
  6. Eject: Press EJECT to remove the disc. Never force the tray.

WARNING! Use only standard circular CDs. Do not use irregularly shaped, damaged, or labeled discs that may jam the mechanism.

Radio Operation

AM/FM tuning with preset memory.

  1. Select Band: Press BAND to toggle between AM and FM.
  2. Tune Manually: Press and release TUNE/TIME up or down to seek stations.
  3. Save a Preset: Tune to the desired station. Press and hold a numbered PRESET button (1-6) until the display confirms.
  4. Recall a Preset: Press the corresponding PRESET button.
  5. Auto-Scan (FM): Press and hold TUNE/TIME up or down to automatically scan and stop at the next strong station.

Note: For optimal FM reception, fully extend the supplied wire antenna. Position the AM loop antenna for best reception.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the system before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Never allow liquid to enter any openings. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the unit. Keep discs clean and free of fingerprints.
