Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place speakers on a stable surface.

  1. Connect speakers to power: Plug the power adapter into the back of the right speaker and into a wall outlet.
  2. Connect audio source: Use the provided audio cable to connect the right speaker to your computer's audio output (green jack).
  3. Connect left speaker: Attach the cable from the left speaker to the connector on the back of the right speaker.
  4. Place volume control pod: Position the pod within easy reach on your desk.

WARNING! Ensure power is off during connections. Do not place speakers in enclosed spaces.

First-Time Use

Power on the system and adjust settings.

  1. Turn on power: Press the power button on the back of the right speaker.
  2. Adjust volume: Turn the knob on the volume control pod clockwise to increase volume.
  3. Test sound: Play audio from your computer to verify operation.
  4. Connect auxiliary device (optional): Plug a music player into the AUX input on the back of the right speaker.

CAUTION! Start with low volume to avoid sudden loud sounds.

Controls and Connections

Volume Control Pod: Volume knob (rotate to adjust), Mute button (press to mute/unmute).

Rear of Right Speaker: Power switch, Power adapter input, Audio input jack (from computer), Auxiliary input jack, Left speaker connector.

Operation: Rotate volume knob for level adjustment. Press mute button to silence audio (LED indicates mute). Plug headphones into pod jack to automatically mute speakers.

Connecting Audio Sources

Computer: Use included cable to connect to computer's line-out or headphone jack. Auxiliary device: Use 3.5mm cable to connect to AUX input on speaker.

  1. Ensure system is powered off before connecting.
  2. Match cable ends (3.5mm stereo plug to correct jack).
  3. For multiple sources, you may need an audio switch.

Tip: Use the auxiliary input for smartphones, tablets, or MP3 players.

Volume Control Pod

The pod provides convenient desktop control.

  1. Volume adjustment: Rotate knob clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
  2. Mute: Press the button once to mute audio (LED lights red). Press again to unmute.
  3. Headphone use: Plug headphones into the jack on the pod. This automatically mutes the speakers.
  4. Pod placement: Keep within easy reach; cable length allows flexible positioning.

WARNING! Do not expose pod to liquids. Avoid pulling on cables.

Placement Guidelines

For best sound quality, position speakers properly.

Place speakers at ear level, spaced 3-6 feet apart, angled slightly inward toward listening position. Keep speakers at least 2 inches from walls. Magnetic shielding allows placement near CRT monitors; for LCD monitors, no interference issues.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug power before cleaning. Wipe speakers with dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or aerosols.

CAUTION! Do not open speakers; no user-serviceable parts inside. Keep away from heat and moisture.
