Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface under your TV.

  1. Position the SoundPlate: Place it centered under your TV on a TV stand or cabinet.
  2. Connect to TV Audio: Use the included optical cable from TV's optical output to SoundPlate's optical input.
  3. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the SoundPlate and then into a wall outlet.
  4. Place Remote: Insert batteries into the universal remote.

WARNING! Ensure the SoundPlate and TV are on a stable surface that can support their combined weight. Do not block ventilation openings.

First-Time Setup

Power on SoundPlate; follow initial sound test.

  1. Power On: Press the POWER button on the remote or unit.
  2. Select Input: Press INPUT button to select the correct source (e.g., OPTICAL for TV).
  3. Test Sound: Play audio from your TV to confirm connection.
  4. Program Remote: Follow on-screen prompts or manual codes to program remote for your TV.

CAUTION! Ensure all connections are secure before powering on. Keep cords tidy to prevent tripping.

Controls and Settings

Access basic controls via buttons on unit or remote. Front Panel: POWER, INPUT, Bluetooth Pairing button.

Remote: POWER, INPUT, VOLUME UP/DOWN, MUTE, Number buttons (for remote programming), TV Power, Source Select.

Using with TV and Media

Enhances TV, movie, and music playback.

  1. TV Viewing: SoundPlate automatically plays audio from selected TV input.
  2. Bluetooth Streaming: Press Bluetooth button, then pair with your device from its Bluetooth menu.
  3. Audio Modes: Press "Dialogue" button on remote for clearer speech during news/TV shows.
  4. Volume Control: Use SoundPlate remote or your TV remote (if programmed for volume control).

WARNING! Do not place objects on top of the SoundPlate. Ensure it is well-ventilated.

Remote and App Features
