Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, flat surface.

First-Time Use

Power on the SoundDock; follow these steps.

  1. Dock your iPod/iPhone: Place the device into the dock with the correct insert.
  2. Charging: The device will begin charging automatically (LED indicator will show).
  3. Play music: Use the controls on the remote or the device itself to start playback.
  4. Adjust volume: Use the VOLUME buttons on the remote or the device.

CAUTION! Do not force the device into the dock. Ensure it is properly aligned.

Playing Music

  3. Volume control: Adjust using remote or the source device (in auxiliary mode).

WARNING! Do not remove device while it is actively playing if avoidable. Use proper eject procedure on the device first.

Remote Control

Infrared remote operates main functions. Requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).

Point remote at the front of the SoundDock within a 20-foot range. Replace batteries when response becomes weak.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Keep away from liquids and excessive heat. Do not open the cabinet; no user-serviceable parts inside.
