Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Choose placement on TV stand or wall.

  1. Place on TV stand: Center below TV, ensure front speakers are unobstructed.
  2. Wall mount: Use included template to mark drill points; secure brackets and hang soundbar.
  3. Connect to TV: Use HDMI-ARC (preferred) or optical cable from soundbar to TV.
  4. Connect power: Plug power cable into soundbar and wall outlet.

WARNING! Ensure wall mounting is secure; use appropriate tools and hardware. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

First-Time Setup

Power on soundbar; follow on-screen prompts if TV supports HDMI-CEC.

  1. Connect to TV: Use HDMI-ARC port on both devices for best results.

Connecting Devices

TV: HDMI-ARC or optical cable. Other sources: Connect via TV HDMI inputs.

  1. Turn off TV and soundbar before connecting cables.
  2. Connect HDMI cable from soundbar HDMI-ARC port to TV HDMI-ARC port.
  3. For optical: Remove caps, connect optical cable from soundbar to TV optical output.
  4. Power on devices; select correct input on soundbar (TV for HDMI-ARC, Optical for optical).

Tip: Enable HDMI-CEC on TV for single remote control of power and volume.

Bluetooth & Streaming

Pair with Bluetooth devices for wireless audio streaming.

  1. Enable pairing: Press BLUETOOTH button on soundbar or remote; LED blinks blue.
  2. On mobile device: Go to Bluetooth settings, select "Bose Solo Soundbar."
  3. Confirm connection: LED turns solid blue; audio streams from device.
  4. Disconnect: Press BLUETOOTH button again or turn off Bluetooth on device.

WARNING! Keep Bluetooth devices within 30 feet for stable connection. Interference may occur near other wireless devices.

Sound Modes
