Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Ensure vehicle is parked on level surface with ignition off.

  1. Mount Actuator Assembly: Secure to seat frame using provided bolts and brackets.
  2. Install Control Unit: Mount in a dry, vibration-free location within cab.
  3. Connect Power Harness: Route cables safely; connect to vehicle battery via fuse.
  4. Connect User Interface: Mount panel within easy reach; plug into control unit.
  5. Secure all wiring: Use cable ties to prevent interference with moving parts.

WARNING! Installation should be performed by qualified personnel. Disconnect vehicle battery before beginning. Ensure all connections are secure and protected from abrasion.

First-Time Setup

After installation, power on system and perform initial configuration.

  1. Power On: Turn ignition to ACC or ON position; system will perform self-test.
  2. Calibrate: Follow on-screen prompts to calibrate seat height and neutral position.
  3. Set User Preferences: Adjust comfort profile using interface buttons.
  4. Save Presets: Store settings for up to 3 drivers using memory buttons.
  5. Test Operation: Gently sit in seat; system should activate and respond to movement.

CAUTION! Do not sit in seat during calibration. Ensure cab doors are closed and vehicle is stationary during setup.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

User Interface Panel: POWER, MODE, UP/DOWN arrows, MEMORY 1-3, ENTER.

Display Indicators: Power, Mode, Fault, Battery, Preset number.

Modes: COMFORT (smooth ride), SPORT (firmer response), MANUAL (fixed height), AUTO (adaptive). Settings: Height adjustment, Firmness level, Response speed, Lumbar support (if equipped). Memory: Save/recall 3 driver profiles. Advanced: Calibration reset, Diagnostic mode, Software version.

Connecting to Power & Vehicle

Power: Direct to battery with inline fuse. Optional: CAN bus for vehicle integration.

  1. Ensure vehicle ignition is OFF and battery disconnected.
  2. Connect red wire to battery positive (+), black wire to chassis ground.
  3. Install provided 20A fuse in holder near battery connection.
  4. For CAN bus: Connect to vehicle diagnostic port if advanced features desired.
  5. Route all wires away from heat sources and moving components.

Tip: Use dielectric grease on all electrical connections to prevent corrosion.

Operating Modes

Four primary operating modes for different driving conditions.

  1. Comfort Mode: Default setting for highway and smooth roads.
  2. Sport Mode: Firmer response for urban driving with frequent stops.
  3. Manual Mode: Fixed height setting; suspension active but not adaptive.
  4. Auto Mode: System automatically adjusts based on road conditions.
  5. Adjust Settings: While in any mode, use UP/DOWN to fine-tune firmness.
  6. Save Preset: Hold MEMORY button for 3 seconds after adjusting.
  7. Temporary Override: Press and hold UP/DOWN for immediate height change.
  8. Sleep/Standby: System enters low-power mode after 10 minutes of inactivity.

WARNING! Do not switch modes while vehicle is in motion on rough terrain. Make adjustments when safely stopped.

Maintenance & Calibration

Monthly: Check mounting bolts for tightness. Quarterly: Inspect wiring for damage. Annual: Professional calibration recommended.

Calibration Procedure: Enter diagnostic mode (hold MODE+POWER for 5 seconds), follow prompts to recalibrate height sensors and neutral position.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe surfaces with damp cloth; mild detergent acceptable. Do not use solvents or abrasives.

CAUTION! Never spray liquids directly on components. Ensure control unit and connectors remain dry.
