Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Choose optimal placement for best performance.

  1. Position Media Center: Place in well-ventilated area near TV and other components.
  2. Place Acoustimass Module: Position along a wall, not in corner, for balanced bass.
  3. Mount Jewel Cube Speakers: Install on walls, shelves, or optional stands at ear level.
  4. Connect speakers to Media Center: Use color-coded cables for correct polarity.
  5. Connect to TV: Use HDMI or component video cables for best quality.

WARNING! Ensure proper ventilation around Media Center. Do not block vents.

Remote: POWER, Numeric buttons, Navigation arrows, SELECT, MENU, VOLUME, MUTE, TRANSPORT controls (PLAY, STOP, etc.), INPUT selection.

System Menu: Audio settings (bass, treble, balance), Video settings (resolution, aspect ratio), Source setup, Clock/radio, ADAPTiQ recalibration, Factory reset. Audio Modes: Movie, Music, Direct, Night mode. Video: Output resolution (480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p), aspect ratio control.

Connecting Devices

Connect sources to appropriate inputs on Media Center rear panel.

  1. Cable/Satellite box: Use optical or coaxial digital audio connection.
  2. Blu-ray/DVD player: Connect via HDMI for best quality.
  3. Game console: Use HDMI or component video with optical audio.

Playing Media

Supports DVD-Video, DVD-Audio, audio CDs, and MP3 CDs.

  1. Insert disc: Press EJECT, place disc in tray, close manually or with EJECT button.
