Unpacking and Setup

Unpack all components and inspect for damage. Assemble on a stable, level surface.

  1. Assemble the array: Connect array speaker sections together, then attach to the top of the power stand.
  2. Connect the bass module: Place bass module on floor, connect cable to power stand output.
  3. Connect power: Plug power cord into power stand and into AC outlet.
  4. Connect audio sources: Use XLR or 1/4" cables to connect microphones or instruments to channel inputs.

WARNING! System is heavy; use proper lifting technique. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on.

First-Time Configuration

Power on the system; all channel LEDs should illuminate briefly.

  1. Set input levels: Sing or play into each microphone/instrument and adjust channel gain until the green LED lights consistently.
  2. Select ToneMatch preset: For each channel, press the ToneMatch button and rotate the selector knob to choose an appropriate preset (e.g., "Vocal 1", "Acoustic Guitar").
  3. Adjust master volume: Use the master volume knob to set overall level.
  4. Test the remote: Pair the remote control by following the instructions in the remote's manual.

CAUTION! Start with all volume controls at minimum to prevent loud pops or feedback.

Connecting Audio Sources

  4. Connect instrument (e.g., guitar) to Channel 2 or 3 using a 1/4" cable.
  5. Connect a line-level device (e.g., music player) to a channel using a 1/8" to dual 1/4" cable.

Tip: Use the ToneMatch preset that matches your source for optimal sound quality.

Using the ToneMatch System

ToneMatch presets optimize EQ, compression, and other parameters for specific sound sources.

  1. Select a channel: Press the ToneMatch button on the desired channel.
  2. Choose a preset: Rotate the selector knob to scroll through presets (names appear in the display window).
  3. Confirm selection: Press the ToneMatch button again or wait a few seconds.
  4. Adjust gain: After selecting a preset, you may need to readjust the channel gain.
  5. Use effects: Turn the EFFECT knob to add reverb or chorus to the channel.

WARNING! Do not connect phantom-powered microphones to instrument inputs.

Remote Control Operation

The remote allows wireless control of master volume and mute from up to 50 feet away.

Pairing: Hold SET button on remote for 5 seconds until LED flashes, then press PAIR on power stand rear panel. Volume Control: Use up/down buttons to adjust master volume. Mute: Press MUTE to toggle system mute on/off.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug from power before cleaning. Wipe exterior with a dry, soft cloth. Store in a dry, temperate environment.
