Getting Started

Power on headphones and follow setup instructions.

Connecting to Devices

  3. For wired connection, plug audio cable into headphones and device.

Tip: For best audio quality, keep Bluetooth device within 10 meters and avoid obstructions.

Using Noise Cancellation

Adjust noise cancellation to suit your environment.

  1. Press the Noise Cancellation button to cycle through High, Low, and Off.
  2. High: Maximum noise reduction for airplanes or loud offices.
  3. Low: Moderate noise reduction for everyday use.
  4. Off: Disables noise cancellation for situational awareness.
  5. Use Bose Connect App to customize noise cancellation settings.

WARNING! Do not use noise cancellation in situations where awareness of your surroundings is important for safety.

Using Voice Assistants

Access Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa hands-free.

  1. Set up voice assistant in Bose Connect App (requires smartphone connection).
  2. Press and hold the Multi-function button to activate voice assistant.
  3. Speak your command or question after hearing the prompt.
  4. Release button to end session.

Note: Voice assistant features require internet connection on paired smartphone and proper app configuration.

Care & Maintenance

Clean headphones regularly to maintain performance and hygiene.

  1. Unplug all cables before cleaning.
