Initial Setup

  3. For voice assistants, open the Bose Music app, go to Settings > Voice Assistant, and follow prompts to link your Amazon or Google account.
  4. Press the Mute button on the speaker to enable/disable the microphone for privacy.

WARNING! Keep the microphone disabled when not in use for privacy. Voice assistant functionality requires an internet connection.

Multi-Room Audio Setup

Create a synchronized sound system with other Bose products.

  1. Ensure all Bose speakers are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and registered in the Bose Music app.
  2. In the app, tap the 'My Products' icon, then select 'Create a Group' or 'Stereo Pair'.
  3. Select the speakers you want to group together.
  4. Play audio—it will now stream simultaneously to all speakers in the group.
  5. Adjust individual speaker volumes within the group from the app.

Note: Multi-room and stereo pairing are only available over Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth.

Care & Maintenance
