Controls & Operation

System is controlled via your AV receiver remote. No separate system remote is provided.

Receiver Settings: Access receiver menu to configure: - Speaker size: Set all to "Small". - Crossover frequency: 80Hz recommended. - Subwoofer/LFE: Set to "On" or "Yes". - Channel levels: Use built-in test tone to balance all speakers.

Acoustimass Module: Contains auto-on circuitry; powers up when signal is detected. No user-adjustable controls on module.

System Configuration

Calibrate using your receiver's setup features.

  1. Run receiver's auto-setup (e.g., Audyssey, YPAO) with included microphone if available.
  2. Manually set distances (delay) for each speaker based on placement.
  3. Adjust channel levels so all speakers sound equally loud from primary listening position.
  4. Set bass management: All bass below crossover (e.g., 80Hz) is directed to Acoustimass module.

Note: For music listening, some receivers offer "Direct" or "Pure Direct" modes which may bypass subwoofer; adjust per preference.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug module before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth for cube speakers and module. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.

CAUTION! Do not attempt to open or service any components. Keep away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
