Controls and Connections

Speakers have no onboard controls; all adjustments made through connected amplifier/receiver.

Connections: 5-way binding posts accept bare wire, spade lugs, banana plugs, or pin connectors.

Amplifier/Receiver Controls: Volume, balance, tone (bass/treble), input selection. Ensure amplifier power matches speaker ratings (10-50 watts per channel).

Connecting to Audio Sources

Connect speakers to stereo amplifier, AV receiver, or compatible audio system.

  1. Turn off amplifier/receiver before connecting.
  2. Connect speaker wires: Red terminal to amplifier's red (+) terminal, black to black (-).
  3. Secure connections: Tighten binding posts to prevent loose wires.
  4. Connect audio sources: CD player, turntable, streaming device to amplifier inputs.

Tip: Keep speaker wires away from power cables to reduce interference.

Optimal Placement

For best sound quality, follow these placement guidelines.

  1. Bookshelf: Place on sturdy shelf, away from walls for balanced bass.
  2. Wall mounting: Mount at ear level when seated, angled toward listening position.
  3. Stereo separation: Place speakers 6-10 feet apart for proper stereo imaging.
  4. Listening position: Form equilateral triangle with speakers and listening spot.
  5. Avoid corners: Placing in corners can exaggerate bass response.

WARNING! Do not place speakers where they may fall or be damaged.

Care & Maintenance

Unplug amplifier before cleaning speakers. Use dry, soft cloth only; no liquids or chemicals.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners; avoid direct sunlight and moisture.
